As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a Product Manager who can turn customer problems into great product experiences and ship at startup speed.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for conversational‑intelligence features that boost conversion, upsell, and agent coaching
• Partner with design, engineering, and GTM
• Deep‑dive with customers and prospects to surface pain points, validate hypotheses, and gather feedback
• Translate market insights into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics
• Champion a data‑driven, outcome‑oriented culture across the entire company

Requirements

• 3+ years in SaaS product management (AI/ML, voice, or CX tech a plus)
• Strong discovery chops: you can run a customer interview
• Proven track record of shipping 0‑to‑1 or major v2 products that moved the needle
• Comfort with APIs, data flows, and technical trade‑offs
• Bias for action, crisp communication, and an owner’s mindset
