What you'll achieve

• Craft elevated experiences for humans, powered by AI.
• Drive discovery with customers to uncover deep insights and turn them into innovative solutions.
• Partner closely with product, CS, and engineering to bring bold ideas to life. Work with the team to listen and engage with customers to uncover deep insights and turn them into innovative solutions.
• Go from idea to UX to pixel-perfection to cross the ship line.
• Turn technical complexity into polish and precision across natural language and web app experiences.
• Ship fast and smart, learn fast and evolve.

• Strong partner to PMs, engineers, and leadership - you see design as a team sport.
• Builder mentality - comfortable with ambiguity, excited to shape both product and design function in a high-growth startup.
• Obsessed with detail, takes ownership, low ego.
