Event Manager
The Opportunity
Lace AI is transforming how home service businesses grow revenue by turning every call into a measurable opportunity. We’re looking for an Events Manager to lead the charge on bringing our brand to life in the field—from first impression to booked demo.
In this role, you’ll own the entire event process end-to-end: researching opportunities, managing logistics, driving promotion, and making sure our presence is not just seen—but remembered. You’ll play a hands-on role in converting interest into pipeline and ensuring every event delivers ROI.
This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves sweating the details, and is obsessed with turning events into revenue engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning and Logistics: Research and evaluate event opportunities. Manage submissions, contracts, booth assets, travel, hotels, and all logistics to ensure flawless execution.
- Event Promotion and Advertising: Coordinate email campaigns, digital ads, and customer invites to drive booth traffic and demo sign-ups.
- Brand Ambassador Management: Recruit, brief, and train brand ambassadors to ensure they represent Lace with energy and accuracy at every event.
- On-site Execution and Demo Booking: Own the on-site experience—energize the team, push for demo bookings, and make sure every conversation counts.
- Post-Event Engagement: Collaborate with sales and marketing to follow up on leads, analyze performance, and drive post-event pipeline activity.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, events, or experiential marketing—ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced growth company
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics and deliver high-quality events end-to-end
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external vendors
- Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Willingness to travel and work non-standard hours during events
