Key responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients, understanding their needs and demonstrating how Lace.ai can add value.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Navigate both short and long sales cycles, tailoring approaches to various client profiles.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, addressing client concerns and showcasing ROI.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
  • Event Representation: Represent Lace.ai at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, generating leads and building brand awareness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to relay client feedback and refine our offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the home services sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales processes and close deals effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment, open to feedback, and eager to learn.
